Our Saraswati necklace is a hand painted Indian artwork, depicting the Goddess Saraswati. It is strung on 4mm polished Labradorite ball beads, 4mm faceted rondelle shaped Chalcedony beads and 4mm polished Garnet ball beads. Five sterling silver spacer disc shaped beads are used either side of the pendant as well.
The pendant is sterling silver and also reversible, showcasing exquisite craftsmanship in it's raised design. The necklace is finished off with a sterling silver hook clasp.
Goddess Saraswati is venerated by Hindus as the eptiome of knowledge and speech. She is the patron of arts, music, philosophy, creativity, wisdom and learning.

Garnet is the stone of love and friendship. Garnets were said to protect travellers on their journeys and were often exchanged between friends as tokens that they would meet again.
