Shipping & returns policy
Standard Shipping is FREE Australia wide for orders over $50.
Standard shipping for orders under $50 is $9.50.
For Express Service we offer a flat rate of $12.50 Australia wide.
International orders attract a AUD$15 postage fee.
All Australia Post shipping comes with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched, along with your order confirmation.
Orders can be tracked online, by visiting www.auspost.com.au/track/
All purchases will be shipped between 1-3 workings days of placing the order. If you order is placed over a weekend (or a public holiday), it will be sent the following working day.
Depending on your location, orders in the express post network will be delivered within 1-3 business days after dispatch. Orders outside of the Express Post Service network will be delivered within 3-10 business days after dispatch, but please keep in mind that once your goods leave us they are in the hands of Australia Post.
If the goods you ordered are faulty, contact us immediately, within 7 days of receipt.
Please email a photo of the faulty item, along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and wait for email authorisation from Tokens of Love Jewellery.
We will endeavour to repair or replace the damaged item as quickly as possible and pay for return postage. Due to all our jewellery being hand made, and often one off pieces, an exact replacement of your piece may not be available. If we cannot provide a replacement or repair, we will refund the amount of the purchase receipt to the credit card or PayPal account used in the transaction.
Please note, we do not issue refunds for a change of mind.
Please note that Tokens of Love Jewellery cannot be held liable for any items that may be lost in transit when returning good, so please keep the tracking number your get safe.
Our warranty terms and conditions extend for 6 (six) months.
Excluded from the warranty is broken chains, discolouration of plated items and improper handling.
